These Terms govern your use of the Goldn app operated by Goldn. By using Goldn you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Goldn generates AI photos from selfies you provide, for your personal use on dating and social profiles.
You must own or have the right to use the selfies you upload, and each selfie must be of yourself. You may not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any illegal, infringing, or explicit content. You retain rights to your uploaded photos; you receive full rights to use the photos Goldn generates for you.
You agree not to use Goldn to create misleading impersonations, deepfakes of others, or content that violates any law or the policies of any platform where you post the photos.
Goldn offers consumable credits and auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Credits are consumed when you generate photos and are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s policies.
Goldn helps you create high-quality, on-trend photos, but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, number of matches, dates, or results. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
The Goldn app, brand, and technology are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the App as intended.
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
